Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to have an amazing experience with your purchase. If something wasn't as expected, don't worry! All of our books are eligible for exchange or return.

Timeframe

Exchanges or returns may be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Conditions

The book must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused and undamaged, with its original packaging if applicable.

If you do not have the invoice, the shipping label may be used as proof of purchase.

Any refund (when applicable) will be processed once the book has been received back at our warehouse and we have verified that it is in good condition.

In the case of an exchange for another product, the same procedure will apply: once the original book has been received and its condition verified, the new item will be shipped.

Value Considerations

The value used for exchanges or returns will always be the amount shown on the purchase invoice, excluding shipping costs.

If there is any remaining balance in favor of the customer, they may choose to keep it as store credit for future purchases or request a refund.
