Return Policy

All books can be exchanged or returned.

Time limit

You can request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Conditions

  • The book must be returned in the same condition you received it: unused and undamaged and, where applicable, in its original packaging.
  • If you do not have an invoice, the shipping label serves as proof of purchase.
  • Any refund is made once the book reaches our warehouse and we verify it is in good condition.
  • If you exchange it for another book, the process is the same: we check the original and then send you the new one.

Value of the exchange or refund

It is always the amount shown on your purchase invoice, excluding shipping costs. If there is a difference in your favor, you can keep it as credit for future purchases or ask for a refund.
