Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online store. That is why every book shows photos, videos and a detailed description, so you know it well before buying. If you still have questions, we help you on WhatsApp.
Who are you? Do you publish other authors?
We publish our own titles, but we do not publish other authors. Most pop-up books in our catalog are not produced by us: we curate and select them one by one. Learn more in About us.
How do I buy from another country?
Build your cart and, at the bottom of the page, check that your country of residence is selected. This is key for international orders. Start checkout and fill in your details, including your postal code. You will see the payment and shipping methods available for your country. We ship worldwide. The full steps are in How to buy.

Which currency do I pay in?
In Argentine pesos in Argentina, euros in Spain, Brazilian reais in Brazil and US dollars (USD) in almost every other country.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In Argentina: bank transfer with 10% off, credit or debit cards and Mercado Pago. From abroad: PayPal, with your balance or an international card. More details in Payment methods.
Is there free shipping, interest-free installments or coupons?
Only on special dates, such as Cyber Monday, Christmas or Hot Sale.
How and when does my order arrive?
In CABA and GBA, the same day if you order before 12:00 (Argentina time), with Interbook. Elsewhere in Argentina, 3 to 5 business days, with Correo Argentino. Abroad, about 5 to 7 business days, with DHL. The cost is calculated on the product page or in your cart. See all details in Delivery methods.
Do I pay import taxes?
Books are tax-exempt, so import duties should not apply at destination.
What do "in stock" and "pre-order" mean?
In stock means the book is already in our warehouse and ships as soon as you buy. Pre-order is for books that have not reached our warehouse yet: they take 5 to 30 business days, depending on the title, before shipping. It is all explained in When will my book arrive.
Which language are the books in?
It depends on the title: English, Spanish, French or combinations. Whenever a Spanish edition exists, we offer it.
Can I suggest a title?
Yes, write to us on WhatsApp.
Can I exchange or return a book?
Yes, all books can be exchanged or returned. You have 30 calendar days from purchase, and the book must be in the same condition you received it. If it arrived damaged or wrong, write to us on WhatsApp. Read our exchange and return policy.
Do you sell wholesale?
Only our own titles. Ask us on WhatsApp.
