Description

When the spring rain stops, the meadow wakes up. A dragonfly lands, a frog peeks out, snails arrive, a swallow crosses the sky and a little rabbit comes out to see what happened. The giboulées, those short spring showers that herald a bright season, become an invitation to go outside and look around. Each animated page lifts the animals into three dimensions, among geometric shapes and a palette of blues and greens. A poetic, rhythmic text, with sounds that echo from page to page, accompanies the story and tenderly asks: what is the little rabbit dreaming about? A new story about the cycle of the seasons, by Dominique Ehrhard and Anne-Florence Lemasson, authors of La Noisette (2017). A pop-up to read aloud with little ones and for paper collectors.
