When will we ship your order?

  • If you buy products in PRE-SALE before December 31, they will be processed normally and will be shipped from February 3, 2025.

  • Purchases of products in IMMEDIATE STOCK made between January 1 and 31 will be shipped from February 3, 2025.

When your book will arrive will depend on its AVAILABILITY

 

In our online store, you will find 3 statuses on products that are decisive in relation to shipping and delivery times. It is possible that your purchase contains books with different availability, so It is important that you know how to identify them:

Products in immediate stock:

Products available in immediate stock can be shipped on
same day of purchase (if made before 1:00 p.m.) or the next business day. At the time of purchase, you can choose the shipping method and once the product is shipped, the delivery time will depend on the Delivery method selected and remains
out of our responsibility.

Pre-sale products:

These products have an estimated delivery time between 10 and 20 business days from the
confirmation of the purchase, as they require a waiting period until they reach our warehouse before being
dispatched.

Important: On some occasions, the pre-sale period may extend beyond 20 business days due to external factors. If this happens, we will contact you one or two days before the deadline to offer you the following solutions:

Partial shipping for pre-sale products
